Avocado
I think to have an avocado plant would be really neat for several reasons. They don't go to waist easily whether you use them to make guacamole, put in sandwiches and more.
They take approximately six weeks for the seed to split/sprout. Once the seed has sprouted the time varies on how long it will take for the avocado to start producing full grown avocados. They grow best in partial sun. It is recommended to start the growing process of an avocado in the summer while hot and let it progress into fall. The expected diameter of an avocado plant is 1 foot and with a length of 2 feet. Avocados need to be planted in basic soil. While growing they require a lot of overhead water.
The average avocado has 30 grams of healthy fat; polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat.

Lettuce
Lettuce is a very versatile vegetable and it can be used in sandwiches, salads, and much more. All lettuce grows best in fall with weather around 65degrees. Lettuce is expected to start growing after 11 weeks -from a seed. If planted from a transplant it is expected to be ready to harvest 2 months after planted. They are best planted 5 inches away from each other to give room for the bunch to grow and not be crowded causing there to be no fungus. Lettuce grows best in a 10 inch bed of compost and well rotted manure. They require a lot of water to prevent the leave from getting willty. The leaves also need water making the best watering system an overhead watering system. Its companion is spinach and kale.
